Shoulders

Shoulder Raises

We stand up, with the dumbbells in the hands and the arms relaxed at the sides of the body. From there, we raise our shoulders, trying to bring them to our ears.

Legs

Single Leg Calf Raise

Standing, we place the leg that is not going to work behind the leg that is working, resting on it. From this position we climb on tiptoe and return to the starting position.

Abs

Sit Ups

Lying flat on the back, lifts the torso to a sitting position, and then lies flat again without changing the position of the legs.
