We sit on the bench, with our back supported on it, and we take the dumbbells with our hands facing our chest. From this position we raise our arms up by turning the dumbbells, staying above the head.

With a rubber coming from the lateral side of you chest , make a press movement untill having both hands extended in front of your torso.

Pulley Obliques From Above

Grab the handle just above your chest and with your arms extended. Take them to the opposite side of the pulley  turning only your upper body.
