Small and personalised classes

Being strong is the key to complete fitness, so we put it centre stage in all of our classes. All you have to do is come in, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

🏋🏼 Strength GAP: Discover the physical and mental benefits that strength training provides in a session focusing on the muscles of the legs, buttocks, and abdomen. Achieve higher energy levels for your day-to-day life, reduce stress, and enhance your mood.

Dedicated attention to help you reach your goals

Sometimes you need a little more attention. If you have a specific goal, injury, or just want to get the most out of your time, we also offer training with your own dedicated trainer. We’ll work with you to create a personalised plan, and guide you through it.
