One Legged Deadlift With Dumbbells

From a standing position, leave one supporting leg 
semi-flexed, and lift another leg. The hip is held as a hinge and is lowered into a Romanian deadlift position , the dumbell slides from knee height to the ground (depending on the mobility of each person), it is recommended to add the dumbbell once the movement without weight has been mastered. The dumbbell is taken from the same side as the supporting leg.
